For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2018, there is hereby appropriated to the Coalition Against Domestic Violence from the State General Fund the sum of $169,633. In addition, the appropriation made herein shall be budgeted and allotted pursuant to the Budget Management Act and Article 4 of Title 41 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, and specifically Section 41-4-93, Section 41-4-95 and Section 41-4-96.
