Institute for Deaf and Blind, the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science, and the Alabama
School of Fine Arts. This bill would also make a supplemental appropriation from the Education
Trust Fund Advancement and Technology Fund to the State Department of Education in the amount
of $41,297,782 and to the public institutions of higher education in the amount of $15,089,140
