This bill would provide more detail in the law with regard to violations, penalties, and disciplinary actions and reorganize sections of the law. This bill would add two public members to the board and provide for their qualifications. This bill would revise the level of funds in the Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors Fund that triggers a transfer of funds to the General Fund.
