proper operation of the retirement system and for making effective the provisions of this

Section 22-4B-3 Loans for nursing degree - Eligibility - Contract - Cancellation of loan -
Recovery of unpaid balance. (a) Within the limits of the funds appropriated for or otherwise
available to the loan program, the board shall be authorized to grant to each applicant deemed
by the board to be qualified, a loan for the purposes of acquiring a nursing degree as defined
in Section 22-4B-1, upon such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the board and as provided

county commission shall have the power to require owners of property in the county to connect
to its sewer system any facilities used in the collection or disposal of sewage. If the owner
of any property in the county fails to connect any such facility located on such property
to such sewer within 10 days after delivery to the occupant of such property of written notice
