Section 11-42-85 Right of children residing in territory exempt from taxation to attend public schools of city. The public schools of the city, to the extent that the same are supported and maintained by revenue derived from all sources, except appropriations made from the city treasury derived from city taxes or other source of city revenue, shall be open to children residing in the territory exempt from taxation under the provisions of this article the same as the schools are open to the children residing within the corporate limits of the city other than the territory exempt from taxation.
