effect of authorizing the sale, purchase or acquisition or the transportation, refining, processing
or handling in any other way of such illegal oil, illegal gas or illegal product, but, to
the contrary, the fine shall be imposed for each prohibited transaction relating to such illegal
oil, illegal gas or illegal product. (c) Any person knowingly and willfully aiding or abetting
any other person in the violation of any statute of this state relating to the conservation
of oil or gas or the violation of any provision of this article or any rule, regulation or
order made under this article shall be subject to the same penalty prescribed in subsection
(a) of this section for the violation by such other person. (d) The payment of any fine shall
not impair or abridge any cause of action which any person may have against the person violating

Section 9-17-21 Illegal oil, gas or product - Sale, acquisition, processing, handling, etc.
(a) The sale, purchase or acquisition or the transportation, refining, processing or handling
in any other way of illegal oil, illegal gas or illegal product is hereby prohibited. (b)
Unless and until the board provides for certificates of clearance or tenders or some other
method so that any person may have an opportunity to determine whether any contemplated transaction
of sale, purchase or acquisition or of transportation, refining, processing or handling in
any other way involves illegal oil, illegal gas or illegal product, no penalty shall be imposed
for the sale, purchase or acquisition or the transportation, refining, processing or handling

Section 45-2-262 Regulation of wind generated energy production facilities or equipment in
unincorporated areas. (a) This section shall apply within all unincorporated areas of Baldwin
County. (b) The county commission shall have zoning authority and the power to establish and
adopt ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations, and procedures to regulate the permitting,
construction, placement, and operation of wind turbines, windmills, wind farms, and any other
wind-generated energy production facilities or equipment operated, in whole or in part, by
wind, sometimes referred to collectively as "wind-generated energy production facilities,"
also including, but not limited to, regulations regarding the size, location, and noise generated

the purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed

(a) The provisions of this section shall apply to all counties having a population of not
less than 26,000 nor more than 26,800 inhabitants according to the 1970 or any subsequent

in addition to any other remedy or procedure which may be available to the board or any penalty
which may be sought against or imposed upon any person with respect to violations relating
