RETIREMENT BENEFIT. A benefit payable pursuant to the terms of subsection (a) of Section 45-37-123.100. (52) SYSTEM or PLAN. (a)(1) An individual taxpayer who files a state income tax return and is not claimed as a dependent of another taxpayer, a taxpayer subject to the corporate income tax levied by Chapter 18 of Title 40, an Alabama S corporation as defined in Section 40-18-160, or a Subchapter K entity as defined in Section 40-18-1 may claim a credit for a contribution made to a scholarship granting organization. (a) No homeowners personal lines residential property coverage insurance policy shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this state unless an appropriate outline of coverage and comprehensive policy checklist have been delivered to the policyholder prior to issuance, within 30 days after issuance of the policy under separate cover, or included in the policy when issued or mailed.
