Section 15-18-68 Criteria for determining restitution. (a) In determining the manner, method, or amount of restitution to be ordered, the court may take into consideration all of the following: (1) The financial resources of the defendant and the victim and the burden that the manner or method of restitution will impose upon the victim or the defendant. (2) The ability of the defendant to pay restitution on an installment basis or on other conditions to be fixed by the court. (3) The anticipated rehabilitative effect on the defendant regarding the manner of restitution or the method of payment. (4) Any burden or hardship upon the victim as a direct or indirect result of the defendant's criminal acts. (5) The mental, physical, and financial well-being of the victim. Section 28-4-116 Conduct of business of delivering, transporting, storing or warehousing prohibited liquors and beverages by transfer, warehouse, etc., companies; forfeiture of charter of corporations violating provisions of section. No transfer company, traffic company, transportation company, warehouse company or other like corporation chartered under or by the laws of Alabama shall have any right or power to engage in or carry on the business of delivering, transporting, storing or warehousing any prohibited liquors and beverages except under the supervision of and on permit from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Section 8-9A-8 Defenses, liability, and protection of transferee. (a) A transfer is not voidable under Section 8-9A-4(a) against a person who took in good faith and for a reasonably equivalent value or against any subsequent transferee or obligee who took in good faith.
