Section 6-5-574 Limitation on time for commencement of legal service liability action. (a)
All legal service liability actions against a legal service provider must be commenced within
two years after the act or omission or failure giving rise to the claim, and not afterwards;
provided, that if the cause of action is not discovered and could not reasonably have been
discovered within such period, then the action may be commenced within six months from the
date of such discovery or the date of discovery of facts which would reasonably lead to such
discovery, whichever is earlier; provided, further, that in no event may the action be commenced
more than four years after such act or omission or failure; except, that an act or omission
or failure giving rise to a claim which occurred before August 1, 1987, shall not in any event

Section 10A-5A-2.05 Execution of documents - Unsigned documents. (a) If a person required by
this chapter to sign a writing or deliver a writing to a filing officer for filing under this
chapter does not do so, any other person that is aggrieved by that failure may petition the
designated court, and if none, the circuit court for the county in which the limited liability
company's principal office within this state is located, and if the limited liability company
does not have a principal office within this state then the circuit court for the county in
which the limited liability company's most recent registered office is located, to order:

Section 22-20A-32 Violations. (a) Any food service establishment engaged in the sale or advertising
of catfish products in violation of this article shall be subject to civil penalties. The
department shall impose the following civil penalties. For violations occurring within a 24-month
period: (1) A warning for the first violation. (2) A fine of one hundred dollars ($100) for
a second violation with 24 months. (3) A fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for the
third violation within 24 months. (4) A fine of five hundred dollars ($500) for the fourth
violation within 24 months. (5) A fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the fifth violation
within 24 months and at the discretion of the department, a suspension of the food service

Section 28-11-2 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following
meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ALTERNATIVE NICOTINE PRODUCT.
The term alternative nicotine product includes any product that consists of or contains nicotine
that can be ingested into the body by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, snorting,
