in the service of his employer in this or such other state. (c) An employee whose duties require
him to travel regularly in the service of his employer in this and one or more other states
may, by written agreement with his employer, provide that his employment is principally localized
in this or another such state; and, unless such other state refuses jurisdiction, such agreement
shall be given effect under this section. (d) If an employee, while working outside of this
state, suffers an injury on account of which he or, in the event of his death, his
dependents, would have been entitled to the benefits provided by this article and Article

Section 36-27-11 Determination of prior creditable service; computation of creditable service
at retirement; procedure for restoration of creditable service to certain persons; payment

Section 41-9-74 Board to pay judgments against Board of Corrections officials; limitations,
exceptions, etc. (a) As part of the consideration of the employment or appointment of the
Commissioner of the Board of Corrections, deputy commissioners of the Board of Corrections,

Section 25-5-57 Compensation for disability. (a) Compensation schedule. Following is the schedule
of compensation: (1) TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY. For injury producing temporary total
disability, the compensation shall be 66 2/3 percent of the average weekly earnings received
at the time of injury, subject to a maximum and minimum weekly compensation as stated
in Section 25-5-68, but if at the time of injury the employee received average weekly
earnings of less than the minimum stated in Section 25-5-68, then he or she shall receive
