any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer, singly or in combination, new or used, constitutes
the commodity being transported, when one set or more of wheels of any such vehicle are on
the roadway during the course of transportation, whether or not any such vehicle furnishes

Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery
or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving
motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state
as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to
comply with this subsection may result in a department imposed penalty of not less than five
hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be multiplied by the
sum of the current violation plus prior violations of this subsection. (b) Every person transporting
motor fuel in Alabama in a highway vehicle other than in its supply tank shall carry on board

Section 35-8A-213 Subdivision of units. (a) If the declaration expressly so permits, a unit
may be subdivided into two or more units. Subject to the provisions of the declaration and
other provisions of law, upon application of a unit owner to subdivide a unit, the association
shall prepare, execute, and record an amendment to the declaration, including the plats and
plans, subdividing that unit. (b) The amendment to the declaration must be executed by the
owner of the unit to be subdivided, assign an identifying number to each unit created, and

Section 35-8A-220 Master associations. (a) If the declaration for a condominium provides that
any of the powers described in Section 35-8A-302 are to be exercised by or may be delegated
to a profit or nonprofit corporation which exercises those or other powers on behalf of one

Section 35-8A-303 Board members and officers. (a) Except as provided in the declaration, the
bylaws, the articles of incorporation in subsection (b), or other provisions of this chapter,
the board may act in all instances on behalf of the association. In the performance of their

Section 35-8A-203 Construction and validity of declaration and bylaws. (a) All provisions of
