BEER OR WINE DISTRIBUTOR. A distributor, as licensed by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, selling or distributing beer or wine in this state. (3) PERSON. (a) Each company employing special inspectors, within 30 days following each certificate inspection made by the inspectors, shall file a report of the inspection with the chief inspector upon appropriate forms as promulgated by the secretary.
