Section 32-7A-16 Additional violations. (a) A person is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor who:
(1) Operates a motor vehicle without a liability insurance policy, a commercial automobile
liability insurance policy, a motor vehicle liability insurance bond, or deposit of cash in

Section 32-7-23 Uninsured motorist coverage; "uninsured motorist" defined; limitation
on recovery. (a) No automobile liability or motor vehicle liability policy insuring against
loss resulting from liability imposed by law for bodily injury or death suffered by

Section 32-7C-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) DIGITAL NETWORK. Any online-enabled application, software, website,
or system offered or utilized by a TNC that enables the prearrangement of a ride with a TNC
driver. (2) PERSONAL VEHICLE. A vehicle that meets both of the following criteria:
