Section 12-17-226.10 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) In any case in which an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program established under this division, there shall be a written agreement between the district attorney and the offender. The agreement shall include the terms of the pretrial diversion program, the length of the program, as practicable as possible, the costs of the program to the offender, and the period of time after which the district attorney must dispose of the charges against the offender. If, as part of the pretrial diversion program, the offender agrees to plead guilty to a particular charge or charges and receives a specific sentence, an agreement concerning when the plea of guilt will occur, to what charges to which the offender will plead guilty, and any sentence to be imposed shall be approved by and submitted to an appropriate circuit or district court judge having jurisdiction over the offender within the judicial circuit prior...

Section 45-37-244.01 Automobile rental tax. (a) In Jefferson County, in addition to all other taxes imposed by law, there is hereby levied an additional privilege or license tax, in the amount hereinafter prescribed against any person, organization, or other entity engaging or continuing in the county in the business of leasing or renting any passenger automotive vehicle, the duration of the lease being not more than one year. The amount of the taxes levied by this section shall be equal to three percent of the gross proceeds derived by the lessor from the lease or rental of such passenger automotive vehicle for not more than one year. Section 34-21-2 Board of Nursing generally. (a) There is created the Board of Nursing, which shall be composed of 13 members to be appointed and have the duties and powers enumerated in this section. Section 11-65-20 Terms of operator's license. (a) An operator's license issued under this chapter, whether for horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon or for greyhound racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon, shall be for an initial period of 20 years, but shall be subject to renewal as provided in this section. A commission shall have no power to modify the terms of an operator's license, once issued, without the prior written consent of the holder of such license.
