Articulation and General Studies Committee. (a)(1) The Commission on Higher Education is authorized
to review periodically all new and existing programs and units of instruction, research, and
public service funded by state appropriations at the state universities and colleges and to
share with the appropriate governing board, through the president of the institution, and

Section 27-6B-4 Contract requirements. (a) Unless there is a written contract between the controlling
producer and the insurer approved by the board of directors of the insurer and specifying
the responsibilities of each party, a controlled insurer shall not accept business from a
controlling producer and a controlling producer shall not place business with a controlled

Section 27-44-8 Powers and duties of association. (a) If a member insurer is an impaired insurer,
the association may, in its discretion and subject to any conditions imposed by the association
