Section 22-27-2 Definitions. For the purpose of this article, the following terms shall have
the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) AGENCY. Any controlling agency,
public or private, elected, appointed, or volunteer utilizing methods approved by the health
department or the department for the purpose of controlling and supervising the collection
or management of solid wastes or recyclable materials. (2) ALTERNATIVE COVER. Material other
than earth used to cover a landfill or sanitary landfill. An alternative cover shall be approved
by the Department of Environmental Management in compliance with federal law and United States
Environmental Protection Agency rules or guidance to achieve a level of performance equal
to or greater than earthen cover material. (3) ASHES. The solid residue from burning of wood,
coal, coke, or other combustible material used for heating, from incineration of solid wastes,
or for the production of electricity at electric generating...

such person when the inspection is proposed to be carried out and such person shall be allowed
to accompany the inspector during the inspection. The regulatory authority shall consult with

in the plan, then the defined benefit dollar limitation of subsection (b) shall be multiplied
by a fraction, a. the numerator of which is the number of years, or part thereof, of participation
in the plan, and b. the denominator of which is 10. However, in no event shall such fraction

Section 45-49-120.06 Personnel board. (a)(1) The personnel board shall consist of five members
designated respectively as Member 1, Member 2, Member 3, Member 4, and Member 5, each of whom
shall be over 19 years of age, of recognized good character and ability, a qualified elector

Section 25-4-78 Disqualifications for benefits. An individual shall be disqualified for total
or partial unemployment for any of the following: (1) LABOR DISPUTE IN PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.
For any week in which an individual's total or partial unemployment is directly due to a labor
dispute still in active progress in the establishment in which he or she is or was last employed.
