Section 25-5-88 Proceedings for determination of disputed claims for compensation - Commencement
of action, etc. Either party to a controversy arising under this article and Article 2 of
this chapter may file a verified complaint in the circuit court of the county which would
have jurisdiction of an action between the same parties arising out of tort, which shall set
forth the names and residences of the parties and the circumstances relating to the employment

Section 41-10-727 Definitions. As used in this division, the following words shall have the

Section 45-35A-51.26 Certification of payrolls. (a) It shall be unlawful for any city official,
employee, or other officer to pay or cause to be paid any salary or compensation to any person
in the classified service of the city, for personal services, unless the payroll estimate,

which disciplinary action against a registrant or controlling person may be taken by the secretary:
