Section 11-51-90.1 Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) BUSINESS. (a) By January 1, 2016, existing risk retention groups shall be in compliance with the governance standards set forth in this section. New risk retention groups shall be in compliance with these standards at the time of licensure.
