Section 27-1-20 Patient Right to Know Act. (a) This section shall be known and may be cited
as the "Patient Right to Know Act." (b) As used in this section, unless the context
clearly indicates otherwise, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) ENROLLEE.

shall be deemed satisfied if the report is made in accordance with the rules of the State Board
of Health. (2) Within seven days following an oral report, an investigation of any alleged
abuse, neglect, exploitation, sexual abuse, or emotional abuse shall be made by the county

Section 22-52-91 Duty of law enforcement officer, community mental health officer to take into
custody alleged mentally ill persons; detention; admission; hearing. (a) When a law enforcement
officer is confronted by circumstances and has reasonable cause for believing that a person
within the county is mentally ill and also believes that the person is likely to be of immediate
danger to self or others, the law enforcement officer shall contact a community mental health
