ยง3, effective January 1, 2012. (a) The commissioner may suspend for not more than 12 months
or may revoke or refuse to continue any adjuster license if, after a hearing held on not less
than 20 days' advance notice to the licensee of such hearing and of the charges against him
by registered or certified mail as provided in subsection (c) of Section 27-2-18, he finds
that as to the licensee any one or more of the following causes exist: (1) For any cause for
which issuance of the license could have been refused had it then existed and been known to
the commissioner; (2) For obtaining or attempting to obtain any such license through misrepresentation
or fraud; (3) For violation of or noncompliance with any applicable provision of this title
or for willful violation of any lawful rule, regulation, or order of the commissioner; (4)

Section 32-6-31 Terms of compact. The Driver License Compact is hereby enacted into law and
entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in the form substantially
as follows: Driver License Compact Article I Findings and Declaration of Policy (a) The party
states find that: (1) The safety of their streets and highways is materially affected by the
degree of compliance with state and local ordinances relating to the operation of motor vehicles.
(2) Violation of such a law or ordinance is evidence that the violator engages in conduct
which is likely to endanger the safety of persons and property. (3) The continuance in force

by this chapter to all qualified individuals in accordance with rules or regulations established

Section 34-43-15 Complaints; grounds for suspension; revocation, etc., of license; penalties;

regarding an allegation of impropriety by a licensee, establishment, or person. Complaints

Section 34-27-36 Disciplinary action - Generally. (a) The commission or its staff may on its
own, or on the verified complaint in writing of any person, investigate the actions and records
of a licensee. The commission may issue subpoenas and compel the testimony of witnesses and
