Section 34-26-44 Conduct of examinations. Examination of applicants for a license to practice as a psychologist or psychological technician shall be made by the board at least once a year according to methods and in such subject fields as may be deemed by the board to be the most practical and expeditious to test the qualifications of the applicant. The board shall require the examinations to be written or oral, or both. The board, by rule, shall provide circumstances under which a candidate shall be held to have passed the examination.
