This bill would allow tastings of wine and distilled liquor to be held in stores licensed to sell liquor, retail, for off-premises consumption only and in state liquor stores. This bill would require the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to regulate the procedure for the tasting of wine and distilled liquor.
