existence and functioning of the Alabama Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board until October 1, 2020,
with certain modifications; and to amend Section 9-17-101, Code of Alabama 1975, so as to
require diversity in the membership of the board. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law, the Sunset Committee recommends the continuance
of the Alabama Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board until October 1, 2020, with the additional recommendation
for statutory change as set out in Section 3. Section 2. The existence and functioning of
the Alabama Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board, created and functioning pursuant to Sections 9-17-100
to 9-17-125, inclusive, and Sections 40-17-160 to 40-17-166, inclusive, Code of Alabama 1975,

be covered by liability insurance. Under existing law, golf carts that do not meet the definition
of a low speed vehicle may not be registered or operated on the public roads and highways.
This bill would provide a process by which a municipality could permit limited operation of
