BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $5,866,947 from the Education Trust Fund Advancement and Technology Fund to the Alabama Community College System for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016. This appropriation shall be expended for equipment and/or deferred maintenance. Section 2.
