for the instructors and other officers. A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to the University
of North Alabama; to amend Section 16-51-6 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to authorize the Board
of Trustees to establish and modify benefits for instructors and other officers of the university.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 16-51-6 of the Code of Alabama
1975, is amended to read as follows: §16-51-6. "The board of trustees has the power
