violence and would provide increased incarceration periods for a first conviction of third
degree domestic violence if a child under the age of 18 years witnessed the domestic violence
and enhanced penalties for second, third, or subsequent convictions of third degree domestic

is employed as a correctional officer, firefighter, law enforcement officer, or state policeman.
This bill would also redefine the term "Tier II Plan Member" to exclude a person
hired as a correctional officer, firefighter, law enforcement officer, or state policeman.

levy an annual license fee on the privilege of owning and operating a bona fide coin, cash,
token, or credit card amusement or entertainment machine for commercial use by the public,
regardless of the total sales derived from such machines, with the exception of a single business
location with 50 machines or more. This bill would provide for the collection of the fee.
