SB354 By Senators Glover, Allen, Shelnutt, Scofield and Albritton ENROLLED, An Act, To amend
Sections 34-27-32, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the Alabama Real Estate License Law;
to provide that an applicant for real estate licensure in this state whose application for
real estate licensure in another state has been rejected more than two years from the date
of his or her application for real estate licensure in this state may not be issued a license
without the approval of the commissioners; to require the commission to conduct both state
and national criminal history background checks before a real estate license could be issued;
and to require each applicant to submit required information to the appropriate state and
federal agencies or a fingerprint processing service. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF

regulated by the Board of Examiners in Psychology, which is comprised of members appointed
by the Governor. Existing law establishes the process and requirement for being licensed to
practice psychology in the state. This bill would clarify that the board is comprised of eight
members and that one of those members shall be primarily engaged in teaching, research, or
administration. This bill would revise the process for a licensee to request that the board
designate a license as inactive to authorize the board to assess an inactive licensee fee.
This bill would require an applicant for a license to submit fingerprints and execute criminal
history information release and would require the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA)
to forward the fingerprints of an applicant to the Federal Bureau of...

regardless of the total sales derived from such machines, with the exception of a single business

SB321 SYNOPSIS: Under existing law, persons who are disabled and receive benefits under certain
designated federal and state disability programs are eligible to purchase a fishing or hunting
license at a reduced cost. A child who was receiving Social Security benefits as a disabled
child, but becomes disqualified for the federal disability benefit based on a change in family
circumstances, loses eligibility for a disabled fishing or hunting license. This bill would
