or by a physician requesting the medical exemption on behalf of a patient diagnosed with light-sensitive
porphyria; and to provide for the issuance of a decal to be placed on the windshield of the
motor vehicle of an exempt person. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1.
