BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. This act only applies in the City of Piedmont in Calhoun County and in the police jurisdiction of the city. Section 2. Alcoholic beverages may be sold each day of the week for on-premises and off-premises consumption by licensed clubs and retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the City of Piedmont and in the police jurisdiction of the city.
