BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. Section 5-8A-24.1 27-32-27.1 is added to the Code of Alabama 1975, to read as follows: §5-8A-24.1 27-32-27.1 (a) For purposes of this article chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK or FHLB.
