BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $12,014,402 from the Education Trust Fund Advancement and Technology Fund to the Department of Education for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016.
