A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Section 40-6-3, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the
compensation of certain supernumerary officials, to provide further for the salary of supernumerary
ad valorem taxing officials. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section
40-6-3, Code of Alabama 1975, is amended to read as follows: ยง40-6-3. "(a) Every supernumerary

partnerships, and professional associations. This bill would make the fee schedule consistent
