BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. If the incumbent Judge of Probate of Lowndes County on the effective date of this act is in office for 16 years, commencing upon the seventeenth year of office, the annual compensation paid to the Judge of Probate of Lowndes County shall be equal to 90 percent of the annual salary paid by the state to the state district court judge in Lowndes County. The salary shall be paid in lieu of all other fees and allowances heretofore provided by law, and shall be paid in equal installments, as are other county employees. Section 2.
