BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. Section 2 of Act 95-220 of the 1995 Regular Session (Acts 1995, p. 384) is amended to read as follows: "Section 2. The Washington County Probate Judge Fund is created in the county treasury.
