Section 33-18-1 Alabama-Coosa-Tallapoosa River Basin Compact. Section 16-6D-9 Tax credit claims; administrative accountability; verification of requirements; rules and procedures. (a)(1) An individual taxpayer who files a state income tax return and is not claimed as a dependent of another taxpayer, a taxpayer subject to the corporate income tax levied by Chapter 18 of Title 40, an Alabama S corporation as defined in Section 40-18-160, or a Subchapter K entity as defined in Section 40-18-1 may claim a credit for a contribution made to a scholarship granting organization. If the credit is claimed by an Alabama S corporation or Subchapter K entity, the credit shall pass through to and may be claimed by any taxpayer eligible to claim a credit under this subdivision who is a shareholder, partner, or member thereof, based on the taxpayer's pro rata or distributive share, respectively, of the credit. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR. A person licensed to practice dentistry in this state or an entity which is approved as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code which employs dentists licensed in the state to operate a mobile dental facility or portable dental operation. (a) No person shall operate any truck, passenger bus, or truck tractor upon any highway outside the corporate limits of municipalities at any time from a half hour after sunset to a half hour before sunrise unless there shall be carried in such vehicle the following equipment, except as provided in subsection (b) of this section: (1) At least three flares or three red electric lanterns each of which shall be capable of being seen and distinguished at a distance of 500 feet under normal atmospheric conditions at nighttime. Section 32-5-64 Persons under 16 years of age operating motor vehicles - Prohibited; driver training programs. Any person under the age of 16 years who shall drive or operate any motor vehicle upon the public highways of this state shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be dealt with as provided by the juvenile laws of this state. This section shall not apply to any student enrolled in a driver training program approved by the State Superintendent of Education or the Director of Public Safety while driving or operating a motor vehicle pursuant to the instructional program.
