Section 27-21B-8 Coverage through insurer of non-custodial parent. When a child has health
coverage through the insurer of a noncustodial parent, the insurer shall do all of the following:
(1) Provide necessary information to the custodial parent in order for the child to obtain
benefits through the coverage. (2) Allow the custodial parent or the health provider, with
the custodial parent's approval, to submit claims for covered services without approval from
the noncustodial parent. (3) Make payment on the submitted claims directly to the custodial

Section 27-21B-10 Enforcement of health care coverage for certain employers. (a) In any case
in which a noncustodial parent is required by a court or administrative order to provide health
care coverage for such child and the employer of the noncustodial parent is known to the Department
of Human Resources, the department shall use the federally required medical support notice
to provide notice to the employer of the requirement for employer-based health care coverage
for the child through the parent of the child who has been ordered to provide health care
coverage for the child unless a court or administrative order stipulates that alternative
health care coverage to employer-based coverage is to be provided for a child subject to a
Title IV-D child support order. In the case of an employer entered in the directory of new

contracts. (a) Request for proposals. (1) To solicit, encourage, and guide the development
of quality public charter school applications, every local school board, in its role as public
charter school authorizer, shall issue and broadly publicize a request for proposals for public
charter school applications by July 17, 2015, and by November 1 in each subsequent year. The
