Section 32-16-4 Penalty. Any vendor or dealer in used or secondhand motor vehicles who shall violate or fail to observe any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction for such violation, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00, and/or by imprisonment for not less than 30 days nor more than six months. Section 5-22-6 Criminal penalties.
