Section 9-9-16 Board of water management commissioners - Election of district treasurer. The
board of water management commissioners shall elect some competent person, corporation or
partnership as district treasurer, whose duty it shall be to receive all moneys derived from
tax collections, the sale of bonds or from any other source and to disburse the same in accordance

Section 9-9-37 Bonds - Issuance. The board of water management commissioners may issue bonds
of the water management district from time to time for an amount equal in the aggregate to
the total cost of the improvement including all preliminary organization and administration
expenses not heretofore provided for, less such amounts as shall have been paid in cash to

may sell the bonds for cash at not less than 95 percent of the par value plus accrued interest
and devote the proceeds to the payment of the work as it progresses and to the payment of

Section 9-9-19 Compensation of district officers and employees. Each member of the board of
viewers shall receive as compensation for his services $25.00 per diem when actually employed.
The secretary of the board of water management commissioners shall be entitled to such compensation
