Section 45-8A-20.08 Powers of authority. (a) The authority shall have the following powers,
together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof in corporate
form: (1) To have succession by its corporate name for the duration of time (which may be
perpetuity, subject to the provisions of Section 45-8A-20.19) specified in its certificate
of incorporation; (2) To sue and be sued in its own name and to prosecute and defend civil
actions in any court having jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties; (3) To

Section 11-89A-2 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this chapter, and others
evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, shall, in the absence of a clear implication

Section 45-37A-51.137 The fund and its investment. (a) In each instance in which any provision
of this section requires a determination of the value of a security, or securities, in the
fund, the fair market value of such security or securities as determined by pricing sources
