Section 16-47-203 University of Alabama Museum Fund. There shall be a University of Alabama Museum Fund. All moneys received from gifts or bequests or from county or municipal appropriations or moneys appropriated by the State of Alabama shall be deposited by the Treasurer of the University of Alabama to the credit of said fund. There shall also be deposited in said fund all moneys received from any concession business conducted upon the land or water included in this bill and also any moneys accruing to the University of Alabama as an incident to the operation or ownership of the University of Alabama Museum, by virtue of the sale or rental of real or personal property or from whatsoever source. Section 16-47-152 Scholarships to division of nursing - Amount and conditions; selection of recipients. Each scholarship provided for by this article shall be in the amount of $600.00 per year, payable from funds appropriated to the Division of Nursing of the University of Alabama, Huntsville, Alabama for this purpose. A scholarship may either be renewed by the said school of nursing for the same student or awarded to another applicant for the scholarship.
