co-venturers, and professional solicitors; notification of changes; exempt persons; annual
report; prohibition against fund raising by unregistered person; contracts between professional

of process; use of name of charitable organization without consent; disclosure by solicitors;

granted an exemption in subsection (f), which is physically located in this state, intends
to solicit contributions in or from this state, or to have contributions solicited in this

Section 2-3A-34 Expenses; disposition of proceeds. Upon order of the board of directors of
said authority, all expenses incurred in connection with the authorization, preparation, sale,

private health carriers, third party purchasers, and providers to identify appropriate service
delivery systems and reimbursement methods in order to align incentives in support of integrated
and coordinated health care delivery is in the best interest of the public. Collaboration
pursuant to this article is to provide quality health care at the lowest possible cost to
Alabama citizens who are Medicaid eligible. The Legislature, therefore, declares that this
