Section 36-18-51 Establishment of fund; management of money. (a) There is hereby established
a special fund in the State Treasury, to be known as the Alabama Chemical Testing Training
and Equipment Trust Fund. (b) The State Treasurer shall invest money in the fund as is provided
by law but all earnings from the fund shall be credited to the fund. Money in the fund at
the end of the fiscal year shall remain in the fund, and shall not revert to the General Fund.
However, no funds shall be withdrawn or expended except as budgeted and allotted according
to law and only in the amounts authorized by the Legislature in the general appropriation

Section 41-23-193 Creations; functions; fee. (a) The Alabama Public Transportation Trust Fund
is created in the State Treasury for the distribution of designated funds appropriated by
the Legislature or collected from grants or other sources for the purpose of increasing public

Section 9-11-142 Use of commercial fishing gear in public impounded waters and navigable streams
- License - Individual licenses required; exception for certain assistants. It is the intent
of this article that the license provided herein for the taking of commercial or nongame fish
from the public impounded waters and navigable streams of the State of Alabama shall be issued
upon an individual basis only, and, except to the extent otherwise provided for in this article,
each person engaging in such activities or operations shall be required to purchase said license.

Section 41-10-758 Creation of special fund. For the benefit of the State of Alabama and the
citizens thereof, there is hereby created a special fund named the BP Settlement Fund which
shall be funded with BP settlement revenues and administered in accordance with this article.
All BP settlement revenues received after September 30, 2017, shall be deposited in the special
fund upon receipt and shall be used first to pay principal, interest, and premium, if any,

Section 9-11-374 Disposition of proceeds of sale of licenses. All proceeds from the sale of
