Section 9-11-280 Agreements as to hunting and taking of waterfowl from waters of Alabama and of bordering states. The Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources with approval of the governor shall have authority to enter into agreements of reciprocity with conservation commissioners or directors or other proper officials of states bordering Alabama who have jurisdiction over waterfowl hunting laws and regulations of such states whereby the citizens of the State of Alabama may be permitted to hunt and take waterfowl from the waters under the jurisdiction of such other states upon similar agreements whereby such nonresidents are allowed to take or catch waterfowl from the waters within the State of Alabama regardless of residence. Each department, board, bureau, commission, institution, corporation, or agency which holds real property shall notify the Lands Division of the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources of its desire and intention to sell or lease any of the real property and shall provide such information as may be specified by the Lands Division.
