Section 34-23-132 Revocation or suspension of registration; probation. The board shall revoke
or suspend the registration of a pharmacy technician or place on probation a pharmacy technician
for any of, but not limited to, the following reasons: (1) Willful violation of any provision
of this article or the Alabama Uniform Controlled Substances Act. (2) Willful violation of
any rule or regulation promulgated in accordance with this article or the Alabama Uniform
Controlled Substances Act. (3) Action which threatens the public health, safety, or welfare.
(4) Conviction of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude. (5) Conviction of a felony
or misdemeanor involving a drug related offense of a legend drug or controlled substance.

Section 22-27-11 Violations; penalties; administrative orders; injunctive relief. (a) Any violation
of this article, any rule promulgated under the authority of this article, any order issued
under the authority, or any term or condition of any permit issued under the authority of
this article is unlawful. In addition to any penalties lawfully assessed, any person committing
a violation shall be liable for all costs of abatement of any pollution and correction of

Section 45-22-120.04 Powers and duties of commission regarding personnel. (a) The commission

Section 32-6-18 Penalties - Violations in general; disposition of funds. (a) Any person of
whom a driver's license is required, who drives a motor vehicle on a public highway in this
state without first having complied with this article or the rules and regulations promulgated
hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction shall be punished by a fine

Section 2-25-6 Inspection certificate required for nurserymen and dealers in nursery stock;
fees. (a)(1) Before any nurseryman or dealer in nursery stock may sell, offer, or expose for
sale or distribution in this state any nursery stock, he or she shall apply for and obtain
from the commissioner an inspection certificate indicating compliance with the provisions
of this article and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. The inspection certificate
shall, among other requirements, be based upon an inspection conducted by the commissioner
of the nursery stock and the area where it is kept, stored or grown. The inspection certificate
issued by the commissioner shall expire on September 30 and shall be renewable on or before
