Section 9-2-108 Disposition and expenditure of revenues from sale of timber, etc., and from operation of certain new facilities within state park system. All the revenues derived from the sale of timber and timber products from lands owned by the Division of Parks of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the revenues produced from any new facility within the state park system which is opened or placed in operation during that period of time between the effective dates of the biennial general appropriation bills shall be covered into the state Treasury to the credit of the State Park Fund of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and shall be expended only for the Division of Parks in such manner and such amounts as may be provided by the Legislature in the general appropriation bill and pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 of Chapter 4 of Title 41 of this code.
