Section 9-11-280 Agreements as to hunting and taking of waterfowl from waters of Alabama and
of bordering states. The Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources with approval
of the governor shall have authority to enter into agreements of reciprocity with conservation
commissioners or directors or other proper officials of states bordering Alabama who have
jurisdiction over waterfowl hunting laws and regulations of such states whereby the citizens
of the State of Alabama may be permitted to hunt and take waterfowl from the waters under
the jurisdiction of such other states upon similar agreements whereby such nonresidents are
allowed to take or catch waterfowl from the waters within the State of Alabama regardless

Section 9-15-39 Disposition of revenues from sales of timber or minerals or from rentals or
leases - School lands. The revenue derived from any sale of timber or minerals from, or rental
or lease of, any school lands shall be paid by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural

Alabama and adjoining states or partly in Alabama and partly in adjoining states. The Commissioner
