Section 9-15-42 Sales of school lands - Issuance of patents to purchasers. All persons purchasing said lands shall be entitled to a patent to said lands, and the Governor of Alabama, if he deems advisable, when presented with the approval of the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources and the State Superintendent of Education shall cause patents to be issued to those purchasing said lands.
