Section 9-2-130 Created; appointment and duties of agent. Within the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and under the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources, there is hereby created the office of Land Agent, whose duties will be to compile a record of all lands owned by the State of Alabama or any department or institution of the state.
