Section 35-2-21 Appointment and qualifications of chief of division. The division of land surveys
shall be headed by and be under the direction, supervision, and control of an officer who
shall be designated "chief of the division of land surveys." He shall be appointed
by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources, with the approval of the Governor,
with the additional requirement that he be a registered land surveyor within the state of
Alabama with training and experience properly qualifying him for the performance of his official

acquired by gift or otherwise shall first be approved by the Attorney General, and such title

seafood products. All saltwater finfish commercially harvested in the State of Alabama, except
those lawfully taken by purse seine, shall be landed in this state and reported through a

this state shall be landed in this state, or in lieu thereof any subject person shall comply

administration, protection, mapping, etc. Any revenues that shall accrue from the lands so

Section 9-15-39 Disposition of revenues from sales of timber or minerals or from rentals or
leases - School lands. The revenue derived from any sale of timber or minerals from, or rental
or lease of, any school lands shall be paid by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural

Section 33-5-10 Certificates of registration and numbers generally - By whom issued; issuance;
