powers. (a) The authority shall be authorized to construct, maintain, control, operate, and
manage a civic center in the City of Florence. The authority shall be authorized to construct,

Section 9-9-5 Establishment of district - Jurisdiction generally; purposes. (a) The court of
probate of any county of the State of Alabama shall have jurisdiction, power and authority
to establish water management districts, as provided in this article for the following purposes:

(a) For the purposes of this article, the term trail means any form of paved or unpaved trail
including freshwater and saltwater paddling trails. The term trail user community includes,
